No fluff. Just a clear, visual way to design your path.
What you get:

- A powerful method for personal and professional clarity
- Easy-to-use format for ideation, coaching, or solo reflection
Product details:
- Format: Folded A2 or A1 poster
- Language: English and Deutsch
How to use it:
- Start sketching – Grab some Stattys and begin with any of the nine blocks. Customer segments, key resources, value prop—pick your entry point and go.
- Build your model – Add every piece your personal business needs to create, deliver, and capture value.
- Check for gaps – Make sure each customer has a matching value prop, and each activity is tied to a clear goal.
- Tell your story – Lay it out step by step. Remove all the Stattys and rebuild the story one by one. That’s how you make it real.
Each version of this canvas helps you design value with your customer in mind but the right material can make your setup smoother:
- PVC: Tear-resistant and durable — ideal for repeated use in professional workshops. Works great with Stattys Notes and stands up well on whiteboards, mobile stands, or easels. Perfect if you’re running sessions often and want a reusable, travel-friendly setup.
- Synthetic paper: Great for team-based exploration of customer segments and value fit. It lays flat on tables and doesn’t curl, making it perfect for deep dives, assumption mapping, or side-by-side comparisons of multiple personas.
- Printed paper: Best for one-time use in pitch events, student workshops, or quick ideation sessions. Lightweight and affordable, this version is easy to distribute and pin up, especially when guiding groups through customer pain/gain mapping for the first time.
